Cannot get button action to occur only on mouse click

I can't get my button to only do an action when it is clicked on.  It keeps doing the action whenever the mouse goes over it, etc.  How can I get it to change behavior to only do the action when the mouse is clicked on the button?  I am using acrobat pro dc.

I have used all the triggers: mouse up, mouse down, mouse enter, mouse exit, on focus, on blur.  I don't have any other triggers to use.  Please advise.

Ah, I wasn't changing the action. Only changed it on the top list and didn't add.  Thanks for the help.
