I just installed Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.  A customer has sent me an email with an Adobe document in a zip file.  When I go to open it, I get an error message (Compressed zipped Folders Error) Windows cannot complete the extraction.  The destination file could not be created.  Any ideas what I can do to be able to see the files my customer has sent?

that's not an acrobat error.

your download is corrupted or the ziping wasn't completed properly.

first, try downloading with a different browser and then unzipping.  make sure the downloaded file size matches the expected file size.

if that fails, have your customer, rezip and re-upload.
