Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to print the DWG document as PDF.

- Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print the document as PDF file?

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure yo uhave the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

- Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the files that you try to print as PDF? Please try with a different file and check.

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-pdf-printer-failed-to.html and check if that works for you.

You may also check the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/receiving-error-when-printing-to-adobe-pdf/m-p/10909926 and see if that helps.

Amal
