cannot print in landscape on hp m856. Using Mac Mini

No matter how I set the parameters, I cannot print in landscape on my hp M856 printer.  After lots of time with their tech help, HP said it is an issue with adobe.  Using Mac Mini and Big Sur.  HELP!
