Cannot send documents for signature

I frequently create documents and then send them via Adobe Sign to someone else for signature. Suddenly, the "Adobe Sign" tool is missing and the "Fill and Sign" tool does not give me the option to request signature; it will only allow me to fill and sign myself. I have checked multiple documents, including ones that I previously sent for signature successfully, and it is not working for any document. This change happened in the middle of the day as I was using the program.

I have checked for updates and none are available.

I sometimes get a message saying "The author of this form has specified the fields which you can fill. Click on any field to start filling form." However, the form is already filled as necessary, I just need to send it for signature.
