Cannot sign PDF (renamed after split-off from Forum FAQs in Using this Community)

Cannot sign a pdf with a certificate digital signature (University ID). It stucks in this section just before publication. Have installed-uninstalled Adobe DC but no solution. Also checked document properties.What is the problem?
