Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to edit or delete, sign, fill, anything on a saved PDF.
- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download the file to your computer first and then try to edit.
- What happens when you try to edit the PDF, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding
Also, please check the document restriction properties and see if editing is allowed or not. Open the PDF > File > Properties > Under 'Security' tab check for any restrictions.
Also, make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20142 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
