capturing fingerprint into Adobe forms

We are planning to use adobe forms to replace the printed forms. There is a need to capture fingerprint of applicants. What is the best way to achieve that? Is there a list of fingerprint capture devices (USB/bluetooth) which are compatible with Adobe DC. Or the only option is to capture the fingerprint as an image and paste it in the form.

If iPad would be better suited for this over windows platform, we are open to consider that.
