Changing text in a text box but then hovering over it again it displays the old text?

I have some text boxes where

I'll type 1 -> save
I'll return and type 2 -> save

I'll return and it does say 2 but if I hover over it, it says 1.  If I delete it and type 3, it says 1 again if I hover over it.

Any idea why this is happening?

I'd happily upload it to someone more privately if I can as it's kind of sensitive.

FWIW I copied the exact same text boxes and pasted it in to a blank new PDF and I could not recreate the issue.

I've been playing around with it some more and it seems absolutely random and inconsistent.  Sometimes it doesn't change.  Sometimes it does.  Sometimes it shows something from 5 saves ago.. sometimes from the last save.  So weird.

Upload the file to your first post. If you edit that post, you should see an attachment icon.  If not, post it to google drive or something like that and post the link.

It sounds like you have some scripts in the form that are fighting each other.
