Changing the format of a numbered list. Unbold number

I have a pdf document with procedure steps.  The list numbers are showing as bold and I want to change them to regular.  It will not let me highlight the number alone.  If I highlight the line, and click the bold it unbolds the line and not the number.

You can use the EDIT tool. After selecting EDIT, the right column will open a "Format" menu. If the text is bold, the bold icon "T" is highlighted. Just click it to unhighlight it and your text will become "unbold."
