Hardware/Software details:
It's October 2020 and I'm having an issue that I've seen repeatedly in these Adobe forums, dating as far back as (at least) 2017. I'm posting information about this bug within the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC product because I've been unable to fix my problem using those other threads.
My wireless mouse scroll wheel works perfectly fine on every other program/application, and it works regardless of whether I connect it to my comupter via Bluetooth or via the USB dongle. I can change my mouse scroll wheel speed using either macOS System Preferences, or via Logitech's "Logi Options" and "Logi Options Daemon" program add-on. The *only* application on my entire computer that refuses to follow the rules is Adobe DC Reader. It's been like this for months. I've restarted my computer many times, of course. I've uninstalled and reinstalled DC Reader. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my wireless mouse software from Logitech.
I'm hoping there's a patch somewhere, for DC Reader, that I could install to fix this problem? On another thread, for example, I saw that a (Windows Only) 19.008.20081 Patch fixed this exact same problem... however this patch was for Windows computers back in 2018. Hopefully Adobe has a new patch for macOS Catalina?
Have something to add?
