I have a large MS-word document that has a Table of Content and List of Refernces to various images. Within the word document, the TOC and List of Refernces, both have working clickable links to the respective document page. However, when I use Acrobat PDF Pro to create a PDF document, the TOC links are working, but the List of Refernces links do NOT work.
The various images and captions (using the Caption style) are created within a Text-Box.
Any thoughts or resolution?
