Collecting responses from form that was distributed - Flash issue now

Hello, I am running into the problem that I've created a form for distribution, and when people send it back, I am getting the error that Flash Player is gone.  I cannot get the data imported into my "response" sheet.  Please assist as this is a big project I've been working on needing data from 90 different people.

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

No. Adobe Flash is dead. The latest version of Acrobat should have been updated to not make use of it any longer. It seems that's not the case. You need to report this issue to Adobe directly:

We are having this same issue. We need help! it appears the data is being imported, but we cannot view it in the responses file or export it to excel.

First you need to make sure Flash Player is uninstalled

Were you able to find an answer to this?  I have encountered the same problem and am losing my mind! Need this resolved!!!
