Color images in PDF won't print

I have color PDF that prints fine on several printers, but on one will not print any of the color images.  All other color and B&W images print fine, but color images are just a white square.  The problem is  unique to this particular PDF.  Other PDFs with color images print fine.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the coloured images are printing as white boxes.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you did to create the PDF file?

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 20.12.20043 installed from the help menu > check for updates.

Please try to print the PDF file as an image and see if that works for you. Open the PDF > Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image.

Also, as described the PDF is printing all the color fine on several printer and not on one particular printer, please try to check for any missing /pending update for printer driver and firmware and see if that makes any difference.
