combining files - Unsupported files

I have been trying to combine files, like I have numerous times in the past and it keeps giving me and error that it is unable to complete because I have unsupported files.  These are all PDF's, none of them are secure.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

As you receive the error message when trying to combine some files, would you mind sharing those files with us so we ca check them on our end? You may share the link to all files here with us.

Please ensure that the PDFs that you are trying to combine are not signed PDFs. It is not possible to combine the signed PDFs.

Can you help me also, I keep getting the error message - error combining - unsupported files?

I have tried many times and this is a large PDF combined file that I am trying to do - which takes so long to ge organised.  I am a new user of this software so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
