Hello. Im having a problem using the compare tool. An error appears saying that these documents have a security configuration that does not allow to compare and that I should change the security configuration. I feel like I am doing that but it is not working, I cannot compare. Please help. This is for Acrobat DC

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are getting the message 'saying that these documents have a security configuration that does not allow to compare'

 

Please look at the correct answer marked in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/compare-documents-not-working/m-p/10214627 and see if that helps.

Can you share the documents? if not can you take a screen shot of the security settings of the PDF files?

 

Security settings are under File->Properties
