I pay an annual subscription but when I try to convert a pdf to wrd I just get a 'conversion failire' error message. I can't even open pdf messages now.
I can find no way of contacting Acrobat to resolve the position.
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when you try to convert a pdf to word you just get a 'conversion failire' error message.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the email you are using on this community and unable to trace any subscription, product registered or any premium service enabled.
Please logout of the application and reboot the machine once and re-login using the email/Adobe ID used for the subscription and check.
