Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on Macbook pro -

Source page is a scanned page, so i guess it is an image.

I am trying to convert a pdf that is in two languages (english & hindi devanagri script) .

Each page will have one column in english & another in devanagri.

Both english and devanagri show up as gibberish.

How can i set two fonts for the page? Do i need to download some additional font?

Thanks

You can only run Text Recognition in a single language, and Hindi is not one of the possible ones, so that's out of the question.

Run it using English and it might recognize the English text and ignore the rest.
