I have a convert plan but when I try to convert a pdf to word it take me to the plan pricing?

Thanks for the response, I figured it out. I was signed in under the wrong accout. Thanks again for the help.

I have signed on to creative cloud but I am still referred to the pricing page

I have signed in under the Adobe Account and still having the same issue, i.e being refered to the pricing page. I have already paying for the software, why is it keep redirecting to the pricing???

I have a problem when I try to convert the pdf file to word. I think the acrobat does not support the Arabic language.
