The instructions are different depending on which version of Acrobat you pay for. Please let us know your version of Acrobat, and whether it is Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard. (If you have only the free Acrobat Reader, you cannot do this).

As noted each version of Acrobat may have a slightly different location for the selectable commands. You should be able to find more information for a specific version by opening "Help full version" and searching for "OCR" or "text recognition".
