Converted word files are not readable

Hi,

I am trying to convert PDF to Word and the result is always not readable. I tried to Disable the "Recognize text if needed" options but it did not work.

One possibility is that the PDF file uses fonts and/or encodings that aren't standard and don't have Unicode encoding tables to help get in the conversion to Word. If you could post a sample PDF file, we could better diagnose the problem.

Post the file by putting on a file sharing service such as Dropbox or even use the Document Cloud storage.
