I need to do a preflight fix up of some CMYK text to a single spot channel. Is there a way to do this with a preflight profile fix up? The text is coming to me as C75 M68 Y67 K90 and I need to make it 100% ALPHA (spot) for a spot UV image. Is this possible to automate using a preflight fix up profile?

Yes,  Tools> Print Production> Preflight> Fixups.

Here is a link to a related topic, at the end of the thread, in the example, you would select the Create as spot color check box.
