Converting PDF 3D model to CAD

I am having issues converting 3D model embedded in PDF to CAD format. 

I tried using Acrobat Pro but export options are limited and there are no CAD types. What program do you suggest I should use?

Can you confirm the versions of your software and operating systems.

I always thought we could only convert 3D to pdf, not the other way round.

I am using Windows 10 and Acrobat Pro 2020 version.
I will try to use that plugin and will report back.
