For some reason our volume license of creative cloud does not allow mac users to use the create pdf tool. It works flawlessly in Windows 10, but in Mac OS High Sierra, every tool in Acrobat Pro DC works except for the Create PDF Tool. A prompt keeps popping up saying that : "You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF Service." Created install pkg using CCP Launcher. Updated CCP Launcher to version 1.14.0.59, Ran "create license package and ran that after installing Acrobat and Photoshop from said pkg. Completely stumped as to why this one tool does not work on Mac High Sierra, but works fine in Windows 10.
