Create Shared Review Hang UP

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ver. 2015.006.30505
I tried to create Shared Review on SharePoint but it was hang up during creating the shared folder as attached even I have a full control of that SharePoint. I also tried below solution but it's not work. Does anyone have ideas?
