When I create a comment summary (document and comments with sequence numabers on separate pages; paper size - letter), the comment pages look fine the but the original document is cut-off on most but not all the pages. Most document pages have the left side cut off and the right side is off set to the left (leaving blank off set on the right margin).
Changing to A4 only cuts off bottom of each page and the cut off portion is cascaded to the next page.
Any help much appreciated.
