Creating a multiple choice form with values for each answer

Is it possible to create a form with multiple choice questions and that each answer has a value that can be added at the end with other question results?

Yes, it's possible. Set the value of each answer as the Export Value of the check-boxes or radio-button fields that you use for the answers and then you can use the built-in Sum command under the Calculate tab of your "total" field to calculate the total score.
