Creating an In House Directory for our church

What is the best route to take for a document containing a photo and set text fields that need to be duplicated and set in alphabetical order? Where new members can be added easily.

Definitely not in Acrobat. I'd always suggest starting with a widely available app - so, consider using Word or Excel. It is quick and easy to make a PDF when needed, but never edit the PDF any more than you would edit a paper directory.
