Creating PDF from a folder structure

New Here ,
Jun 17, 2018 Jun 17, 2018

I have a folder structure with 20 chapters.  Every chapter contains several MS Office documents.  I would like to have a possibility to have all 20 folders converted to PDF's, in a different destination, with remaining of the whole 20-folder structure, and subfolders.

Right now, the tool create multiple PDF's creates all PDF's, but in 1 folder...

I use this almost on a daily basis, and need a solid solution.  Right now, I'm wasting to much time, doing it folder by folder...

Hi,

maybe you could set up a watched folder so all you would have to do is drop a folder ready for conversion in the correct location, Acrobat would do the work automatically. Adobe Experience Manager Help | Create or Configure a watched folder

I don't think actions can help as they are located within a file Adobe Acrobat Pro Action Wizard

but if you are on Apple Mac you can look at automation Welcome to Automator - Apple Support  to launch process of converting one folder at a time
