Crosshairs appeared, wont go away

My mouse suddenly started turning into a crosshair and will not let me select text in PDFs as of today. How do I get the arrow back?

pouvez vous repondre à la question posée SVP comment rétablir la flèche qui s'est transformée en carré noir et empeêche de selectionner merci de votre réponsefaut-il réinstaller Adobe ????? cordialement
