Customer Complaint Process required

After yet another call with Adobe "customer services", I asked to make a formal complaint but was sent to this forum!  Anyone have adobe's complaints procedure beforew I post the recording of the disgraceful treatment on youtube/facebook etc?  Almost 3 years of the same issue and this is getting stupid!!!

These forums are certainly NOT the way to make a formal complaint. Contact them again and ask to speak to a supervisor.

And yes, post it to social media. Sometimes shaming a company publicly is the only way to make it act properly, unfortunately.

Tell me about it... I asked to make a formal complaint and the staff member just sent me the link to the community forums.  When I asked her to log back onto my computer and show me where the complaints process was, she just kept saying "I don't make the policies"...

 

Asked to speak to the supervisor but was told they would call me back, she cut me off mid sentence so not holding my breath....

 

PS Her name is Deeksha...
