One of our suppliers has sent us a PDF "template" for a form and basically told us to buy lots of copies of Pro so that we can complete the form, and attach all the relevant documents to it. This is a lot of money so I have been having a look at the template and adding in the text fields, drop downs etc to turn it into a proper form, but still run aground where we have a section heading, and then need to insert hundreds of pages of existing PDF records.
Is there any way to set up a PDF form that allows the reader to insert a PDF as pages to make one big file?

On Windows you can use Acrobat Standard or Pro.
