My issue with the cloud tool is that the fill color set to "no color" does not stay as set after acrobat is closed and reopened. Ironically, the cloud line color has stayed as chosen. The default for the fill color will stay as set only for the current document and not for others. This has been happening ever since I got acrobat and with previous updates.
