Dell digital download of Adobe Standard DC

New Here ,
Jan 15, 2020 Jan 15, 2020

We purhcased a large number of Dell laptops with Adobe Standard DC 2015 on them.  In order to install Adobe on each pc, we had to use the Dell digital delivery application.  Now that we have new laptops we were wondering if it is allowed/possible to move these licenses over to the new pc's?  Does anyone know what the process is to do so?

Hi,

If you're looking into migrating to Named User Licensing or serializing am installation  you need the Admin Guide:

Hi mikez,

What you are looking for "if it is allowed/possible to move these licenses over to the new pc's"?  Is practically possible, only when license policy allows to do this. (As you have mentioned it was given with Dell computers)

It would first required you to deactivate/disable the licenses on current machine (on which Acrobat already installed).

How it can be done and what all steps you need to follow, you can also take help from our technical support team via chat/phone support as well. https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

Thanks,

Akanchha
