Desbliqueio de comentários

Bom dia. Sou novata no uso do Acrobat Reader e tenho dúvidas sobre o bloqueio de comentarios

1. Como ele ocorre?

2. Como faco para desabilitar essa função?

3. Se um documento está com todos os comentários bloqueados, como consigo desbloqueá-los de uma só vez?

You can use this free tool I've created to unlock all the comments in the file:

http://try67.blogspot.com/2016/12/acrobatreader-unlock-all-comments-free.html

After running it right-click one of the comments and select Use Current Properties as New Defaults and it should not lock any new comments you create afterwards.
