Please help - Updated my Acrobat DC via the creative cloud app - keep getting the follwoing msg - please see attched - Your assistance is highly appreciated.

I would say to uninstall and run the Acrobat Cleaner and Repair tool.

 

Upon reinstalling I would not use the CC Desktop app to install Acrobat. I would download the Acrobat installer directly from your subscribed Acrobat account plan separately from the creative cloud bundle.

 

Also, have you checked with Adobe Customer Care what they have to say about this issue?
