Digital Signature Properties- Can I use Script execution and Mark fields as read only?

Is it possible to have both Mark as read-only and execute a script?

To rephrase my question is: Is it possible to write a java script that marks certain fields as Read-Only, implenting the functionality of both options?

In the script you can set fields as read-only.
