disappearing texts

Hi, when i save as a word file to pdf file, some of my texts dissapeared in pdf file. but i can see them in word file. what can i do? thanks.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described som text disapears after saving the Word document to PDF.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to create the PDF from the Word file? Are you saving to PDF or saving to Adobe PDF? Please try to create the PDF form  the Acrobat ribbon present in MS Word and see if that makes anything different.
