I have to upload multiple pdf files in university application process. They said all files will be combined later into a single file so ensure your files are not encrypted or protected. When I checked security settings of file since I dont have acrobat pro so it is showing "document assembly not allowed" so  I want to know that when I send these files to a person having acrobat pro so will he be able to perform document assembly????? need quick reply

Hi wahaaja93541408,

Sorry for the delayed response.

If under Document Properties, Document Assembly is shown as Not Allowed, it means that the password has been set on the pdf.

The recipient needs to enter/remove the password first to combine the pdf files.

Let me know if you have further query.

Thank You,

Shivam
