Thanks Nancy for the response.
Could you please provide guidance on how to deactivate the online option. I want to be able to use the services while offline. At the moment or by default, it is setup to work online only. In my circumstances, I cannot be online everytime I use the services.
Thanks,
Abel

Be sure to store your files locally instead of in the cloud. If you try to open a cloud file, it will have to download it each and every time you want to edit it.
It's worth saying that Acrobat works different from other cloud hosting services in that the location of files is either one or the other.
Unlike Dropbox, which stores files locally, and then syncs them to the cloud, with Acroabt, you have to choose where you want them stored: either locally or in the cloud. Pick one. Locally stored files will not sync to the cloud. And if you do choose to save the file to the cloud, it becomes disconnected from your local file. So changes made in one place will not be synced to the other location. So you'll essentially have two files. So store your files locally.
