When saving documents to Document Cloud to enable viewing across all devices it confirms document saved to Cloud but the file can only be viewed on the device on which it was created. Essentially, my docs are not being saved to cloud?

Any answers?

Try going online and sign in to the document cloud with your AdobeID via web browser. If you've synced your documents they should be there.

When you say the documents were saved in the device where it was created, are you referring to a mobile device or a full desktop computer?

In any case, saving  documents to view in all devices doesn't necessarily mean that you've enabled syncing preferences accross all devices and document services.

You may need to enable this prefrence in Acrobat: "Edit"--->>"Preferences"-->>"Adobe Online Services".

Then go to the link below as suggested  in your web browser and see if you've missed a configuration setting:

  • adobe.com/go/DCAccountSettings

In addition, you may also want to enable in your Adobe Acrobat Pro -->>"Edit"--->>>"Preferences"--->>>General"--->>>"Show online storage when saving files".
