I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - I've been asked to create a document which cannot be downloaded, emailed or printed - I've passworded the document so it cannot be printed but not sure how I can protect from downloading or emailing - any suggestions and help would be appreicated.

Many thanks

A PDF file that can't be downloaded can't be viewed at all. So no, you can't do that.

You also can't prevent a file from being emailed. You can restrict who can open it, either by adding a file-open password to it (free, if you have Acrobat, but not very secure), and by applying DRM protection to it (very costly, but much more secure).
