Does acrobat DC support microsoft surface pro 3

Have been using Acrobat DC for several months on my Surface pro 3. Am now getting message that program does not support my computer. True?

there shouldn't be a problem.  win 7 or better is supported.

have you upgraded to win 10?

Have Win 10.

If my normal reaction of making sure all is off and then restarting does not work, I will give serious thought to another PDF program. Am not going to go buy a Pro 4.

It is only the scan function that apparently does not work. Can retrieve docs from the cloud or on various drives. I can even publish to PDF from my word perfect program . It is just the scan that is not working.
