Dots instead of font after using “Fill and Sign”

Hello, have a weird issue. Filled an PDF using Fill and Sign and after saving a copy, the pdf opens with the note that some Signs/Fonts can't be found and won't be displayed correctly. Part of the document displays the correct text, part only dots... I've included a screenshot, also the text "Gymnazium..." was added with Fill and Sign at the same time... Thanks for your help.
