I purchased Acrobat Pro X in 2011 which was about four computers ago. I never re-downloaded it onto a new computer and now I need it again. May I re-download it? If so, how?

Downloadable installation files available:
Download and installation help for Adobe links
Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

These are links to purchase/download new software. I'm wondering if I can re-download my previously purchased software.

No, they're not. Go to the link to Acrobat DC, XI, X, and scroll down the page until you arrive to the X section.
There are links there to the full installer.

if you're seeing an invalid serial number message and assuming you're using a valid adobe serial number (6 groups of 4 numbers), you have a mismatch between your installation file and serial number. ie, you can have a valid serial number, but if it's for program A and your installation file is for program B, you will see an invalid serial number message.
common mismatches are language/region (eg, serial number is for western europe and installation file is eastern europe), platform (eg, serial number is for a mac and installation file is win), license type (eg, education vs enterprise vs individual).
and one of the most common is using a program installation file with a suite's serial number. eg, using a cs6 suite serial number with a photoshop cs6 installation file. that won't work even though photoshop is included in that suite. you must use the (correct) suite's installation file (and you can choose to only install one program from the suite).
here's official info about that error, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-serial-number-valid-product.html

Thank you for your fast response. Yes I understand - so how do I find the correct download that matches my serial number I have?
This is what it says when I view my products: Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0 Win February 23, 2013

the only public downloads are linked in message 1.
if you have some other version (eg, enterprise etc as explained in message 8), those won't work.
another way to approach the problem is to see if you're using the correct number (and in the process of doing that you may find your version is not a single-user license):
you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:
1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,
a. you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com
b. you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)
2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, (mac:) https://mac-product-key-finder.com/
3. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html

I have my serial number and I have tried with and without the hyphens. My hard drive blew so I can not get it back that way. I have tried the public versions on that link but it only downloads just adobe acrobat not the "PRO" that I need so I can edit the file and combine files.
How do I find this version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0 Win so that my serial number will work in it?
