download e-license for Acrobat 8 Std

I purchased Acrobat 8 Std many years ago, and installed it on a single laptop for home use.  I do not use it regularly, but now I need to.  I recently uploaded it to a new laptop.  Now I get a message to download the e-licensce, but am unable to do that.  Please help

We can't. Adobe stopped supporting this version a long time ago and the activation servers have been discontinued as well.

You can't use it any longer.
