This function helped me a lot. since few weeks it doesn´t work anymore. Can someone help?

Second Video is my Computer and i cant extract Pages with drag and Drop. 

Maybe ther is a soloution for this?

In the preferences of Adobe Acrobat disable the protection mode.

it does not work for me. i disabled everything=(

i disabled everything and i still cant drap and drop what is happening????
