Draw My signature in Sign& tools is missing

I used to be able to draw my signature in Adobe Reader in the Sign & tools> Place signature section of my PDF's.

I do not have that option now. I have the option to add my digital to make a square box, then enter a digital signed version of my id wit ha password.

I have that, but I also want to be able to draw my signature and add that to pdfs.

I have the pdf pack, annual as well.

Also, to people I send pdf's with the digital signed Id need to have adobe to view it? Because it does not show up for them.

Yes, my issues refers to the certified based signature.

I have one with a digital id.

The problem is that on other pdfs I want to be able to just use my draw

signature with my cursor, so it looks like my hand written signature.

I use to be able to, now I cant for some reason.

Also, wit the digital id, users that I send the pdf via email cannot see it
