Duplicate a page and add a stamp to the page using java script action execution

Is there a way to duplicate 1st page. Once duplicated add a stamp on the 2nd page (the one that is duplicated). All using a script in action or using a button that executes the script in adobe.

Yes, it's possible. You can use the insertPages command to insert a page from the same file into itself (thereby duplicating it) and the addAnnot command to add a stamp to this new page. You'll need to know the internal name (AP property) of the stamp and the location (rect property) where you want to place the stamp, though.
