We are running Adobe Acrobat DC in Windows 10 on a WAN, and when using electronic signatures it can take upwards of one minute or more for the Save As box to open so the signed document can be saved. Has anyone else encountered this before, and if so are there any solutions we can try?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the save as box takes upto one minute to appear when you try to save the pdf with signatures.
What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat. Have you started experiencing this issue with the recent release?
The optional update version 21.01.20138 is now available, please update the application from the help menu > check for updates or you may manually download the patch using the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and reboot the computer once and check if that helps.
